NATURAL DISASTER

Fear the catastrophe

pandemic threats

heaving tectonic plates, raging

winds, thunderous rains

oceans that rise and spew

shifts in polarity

asteroids searing the sky, aliens

probing, invading, the sun imploding

the universe

decoding

the absence of God

but it is the hand at the stick

furious eyes on a distant horizon

that brings it all home.
