Student Leadership Conference ’09 Recruiting Executive Planning Committee
Annually, the UBC Student Leadership Conference (SLC) is a venue where over 1,100 students come together to connect and learn. Conference highlights from last year included a keynote address by Stephen Lewis and featured presentations by: Charlene Easton, Peter Busby, Hannah Taylor, and Terry’s very own Dave Ng, to mention just a few. In addition, the conference provided opportunities for UBC students to offer over 50 concurrent sessions.
The SLC is currently recruiting outstanding students to serve as Co-Chairs (2) and Portfolio Directors (7) to provide the vision and implement the SLC 2009.
