If You’re Looking For Something Green To Do This Weekend…

greenlivingshow

The Green Living Show is kicking off tonight at BC Place.  The first show of its kind in Vancouver (I think), it features some heavy hitters, including:

  • Ed Beggley Jr., Actor and Environmentalist
  • Dr. Roberta Bondar, the first woman in space
  • Linda Coady, VANOC’s sustainability VP
  • Jean-Michel Cousteau, Jacques‘ son (!!!)
  • Sheila Watt Cloutier, climate change and Arctic peoples advocate
  • Stephen Lewis, nuff’ said
  • and many more

It’s $10 for the entire weekend, and includes a veritable tonne of green information (I’ll keep on eye out on the number of paper flyers kicking around…), including gardening, house and home, eco-fashion, energy, transportation, etc.
