I have a story about… taking risks.

I have a story about taking risks.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Fisherman have the riskiest job in America. There are 800 injuries for every 100,000 full-time workers, and more than 200 fatalities. So next time you sit down to eat sushi, think about the risk that was involved. Oh, and don’t use too much soy sauce, unless you’d like the risk of high blood pressure. If you’re alright with taking risks with your health, but you’re particularly concerned for the plight of fisherman, I can assure you that no fisherman were injured in the making of this sushi.
