Interuniversity Conference on Education

The first-ever Interuniversity Conference on Education will be happening across Canada on October 15th, Saturday. The day-long conference focuses on finding solutions to existing problems in education, and we would like to invite students and educators alike to take part in this wonderful event!

Active discussion, sharing of innovative ideas, as well as tips to get the most out of university will all be featured as part of the conference. The interuniversity aspect involves each of the host universities being represented by one speaker, whose talk will be streamed live to all other universities. Following this, delegates are invited to experience their host university’s interpretation of the conference. At UBC, this will comprise of an exciting combination of workshops and discussions focused on challenging people in the concepts of learning and education. Speakers from UBC include Jackie Stewart and Dr. Catherine Rawn.
