Copenhagen Surprise!

Remember the botched COP15 talks last year?  Remember the press response and the blame put on China?  Well, documents leaked last month by Wikileaks reveals that the US and China were secretly negotiating months in advance of COP15 (source).  Furthermore, the US used some fairly unscrupulous means to garner support for the India-China-Brazil-USA alternative (read: useless) to the UN and EU-backed Copenhagen Agreement – the Copenhagen Accord (source).
